Description
As part of the HCM professional services team, this position requires a strong background and understanding in the SAP Technical space working with leading integration and technical development.
As a Senior SAP Technical Consultant, you will be required to work on implementations and post-go-live support. Providing technical expertise, guiding SAP SuccessFactors’ products and its Integrations to clients. Analyzing the client’s business needs and ensuring successful support of clients' integrations.
Essential Functions

Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develops system configurations to satisfy client needs. #LI-SL1

Create and present high quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SucessFactors’ products.

Assist with developing training materials and trains clients how to utilize the system.

Troubleshoot and find resolution of assigned system defects.

Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.

Partner with project managers to ensure project work is kept within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or significant lead implementation experience.
- Professional SuccessFactors module certification in one or more modules.
- Previous experience working and supporting technology integration projects and clients in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), Integration Center and SuccessFactors API is required.
- Dell Boomi experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrate SuccessFactors consulting and familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.
