The Regional People Lead monitors and supervises employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.The main responsibility of a Regional People Lead is to manage and provide support to employees through their journey with the organization. This includes providing support to their teams through onboarding new employees, establishing and monitoring individual development goals and well-being, providing employees continuous feedback on performance and development, and the development and management of key programs (internship and graduate training programs, internal initiatives).
The Regional People Lead role will provide support to their teams through leadership, inculcating the values of the organization and monitoring performance and growth.
This role will report to the Regional Head of Professional Services within its Region.
Essential Functions
• Coaches newly onboarded employees to successfully integrate into their stipulated roles
• Ensures all confirmation and performance reviews are conducted in a timely manner (This includes presenting appraisals at annual talent review meetings and determining performance ratings)
• Manages the Merit review process and communication to employees, ensures all compensation forms are completed on time
• Sets up and monitoring annual development goals for the organization, region and individual (Adjusting goals occasional as per the context or requirement)
• Works closely with the operational lead to synchronize with employees work assignments
• Provides continuous feedback to employees on project performance after liaising with relevant stakeholders (This includes following up with Project Managers to ensure assignment feedback is received in a timely manner)
• Is responsible for the execution of the coaching program in the region
• Plays active role in succession planning and talent development for region
• Manages internal initiatives such as graduate or internship trainee programs
• Monitors employee’s well-being and raises concerns with relevant stakeholders when required (This includes resolving or addressing issues or concerns that employees may have)
• Oversees administrative tasks such as leave and attendance
• Performs other duties as and when required

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, administration, IT, or any related fields or equivalent work experience
• Professional experience from working in project leadership roles - managing and leading teams
• Significant experience of Coaching others
• Several years of people management experience
• Strong experience in leading and guiding teams

• Solid understanding of SAP and SAP implementations to understand some specific pain points of Consultants
• Organizational skills with the ability to establish and manage multiple priorities, utilizing flexibility in responding to changing priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations though effective listening, consultation, and skills
