Description
Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors' products. Leads and ensures the successful customer support of SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 / RCM / RMK modules. #LI-GB1
Essential Functions
- Functions as an individual contributor to support customer requests in SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 / RCM / RMK modules.
- Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs
- Ensures work is completed within agreed service levels, per client contract.
- Troubleshoots and provides a resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
- Assists with the preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system.
- Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Coaches junior consultants on customer work.
- Participate in weekly internal team and COE meetings

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
- SuccessFactors module certifications in two or more modules: RCM / RMK / ONB 2.0
- 2-4 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.
