Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors' products. Leads and ensures the successful customer support of SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 / RCM / RMK modules. #LI-GB1

Essential Functions

  • Functions as an individual contributor to support customer requests in SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 / RCM / RMK modules
  • Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs
  • Ensures work is completed within agreed service levels, per client contract.
  • Troubleshoots and provides a resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
  • Assists with the preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system.
  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
  • Coaches junior consultants on customer work. 
  • Participate in weekly internal team and COE meetings

Essential Functions (Continued)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
  • SuccessFactors module certifications in two or more modules: RCM / RMK / ONB 2.0
  • 2-4 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
