As an Account Executive UK/I at Rizing, you will be instrumental in further growing our HCM business in UK/Ireland. Our HCM UK&I team is a small, successful, and very experienced team, whom you will learn more about during the interview rounds for the position.

 

In this position you will be responsible for creating and leading sales opportunities in the UK and Ireland. Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and, acting as a trusted advisor to our prospective and current customers, you will be expected to help us further grow our business in UK/I. The motto of your future manager is ‘work smarter not just harder’. If you understand what he means by this, you will make an excellent team.

 

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to roll up their sleeves to grow our market in UK/I, utilising their network within SAP. You will also require a solid understanding of potential clients within the UK/I market. We prefer candidates living in the UK, but also encourage candidates living in Ireland to apply.

Essential Functions

  • Enabling growth of the UK&I Rizing market unit
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client (mid-market) relationships, incl. onsite visits
  • Being a Trusted Advisor to clients
  • Preparing territory sales plan and sales material
  • Maintaining achievable and accurate forecasting in line with assigned targets
  • Working closely with SAP and other partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales with a demonstrated track record of C-Suite presentations and end-to-end sales.
  • Strong understanding of industry challenges
  • Knowledgeable within SAP SuccessFactors solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Ability to align SuccessFactors solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives.
  • Experience with contracting, negotiating, and change management processes.
