Do you have a track record of generating revenue and building strong relationships with customers? If so, we want you to join our team as a Senior SAP HCM SuccessFactors Sales Director.
As the single point of contact for clients' interests and prospects, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, networking and connecting with prospects and customers, and preparing territory sales plans and materials. You will serve as a trusted advisor for prospective and current customers, building strong relationships and influencing decision-makers on differentiators.
Essential Functions
• Generate revenue by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Network and connect with prospects, customers, SAP and SF sales organizations.
• Prepare territory sales plan and sales material.
• Manage day-to-day sales communications.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all activities in sales tracking tools.
• Closely orchestrate the sales process with a focus on the prospects' budget and timeline.
• Work with the internal teams to exceed the client's expectations and maintain clients' trust.
• Promote and facilitate communication and marketing campaigns.
• Research account footprint on social media.
• Stay abreast of all market and competitive developments.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending ASUGs, local user groups, and the like.
• Conduct on-site visits with prospects to educate and sell.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in HCM software or service sales.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Suite or similar payroll suites.
• Flexible and creative – think outside the norm.
• Sell value over price.
• Able to handle objections, complaints, roadblocks, and negotiations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Build and establish relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Solid foundation in the Human Capital Management market and SuccessFactors.
• Ability to self-motivate.
Work Environment and Special Consideration
• Work in a professional and/or remote office environment.
