HCM Sr Dir, Alliances and Channels

Description

Plays a critical role in providing leadership to the Alliances and Channels Teams; including driving new sources, leveraging partner products/solutions, and driving opportunities through channel sales. Governs partners by ensuring established capability and revenue, while protecting IP. Drives the strategy to improve sales productivity for both Strategic Industries Sales and Channel Sales, through streamlining processes, leveraging Rizing tools (Net Suite, Open Air, and more), providing key measures to improve performance and identifying potential risks. Assigns and manages targets for the SIA organization.

Essential Functions
  • Provides guidance and leadership to the Alliances and Channels Teams; including workforce planning and demand forecasting, management of individual needs, performance management and expectation setting, goal setting, mentoring, succession planning, staff safety/wellbeing, and more.
  • Builds exceptional working relationships with Rizing HCM Executives (CEO of HCM; President of HCM; Head of Marketing; CFO; EVP of GEO Sales; VP’s of Offerings, Strategic Alliances and Delivery, Program Managers; and EVP of SIA) to ensure the growth of new sources and expansion of sales productivity.
  • Engages with established partners through pipelines, campaigns, etc.
  • Works with SAP to align the sales and delivery.
  • Works with Executives to shape core strategy for SIA and drive KPI’s.
  • Drives transformation of SIA’s key objectives into actionable plans and processes.
  • Directs channel sales via new prospects through company partners.
  • Completes monthly forecast reviews, bi-weekly program reviews (transformations) and other program reviews.
  • Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Essential Functions (Continued)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related discipline, with formal sales education or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a Business Development role and/or Sales Operations.  
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree.

  • Advanced knowledge of the SAP and HCM market.
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management methodology, including: planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs to include Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams of professionals, including conflict and change management within complex projects, performance evaluation, feedback, coaching and career development.
  • Ability to effectively communicate through informative presentations and question responses.
  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of groups, including Executives, Managers, Consultants, Clients, and Partners.
  • Ability to take a vision, establish a strategy then provide tactical solutions that identify measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to develop business and close sales.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, with the ability to implement resolutions.
  • Ability to budget, forecast, and measure results.
  • Ability to establish and manage multiple priorities by identifying needs from wants and critical tasks from urgent ones.
