Description

Provide support for practices specialized in SAP and SuccessFactors Systems and Solution landscapes. The Practice Director is responsible for supporting the Vice President in managing their practice to ensure their consultants and Services Managers can successfully deliver high-quality application maintenance services. The span of activities includes, but not limited to, pre-sales, resource allocation, training, service delivery, quality assurance, and client contractual obligation adherence, like SLA and special services requirements. Serve as an industry subject matter expert, manage client relationships (Escalation - Level 1) and work on high-visibility accounts.

Essential Functions

  • Leverages dynamic leadership qualities to motivate, mentor, and lead a team of consultants and Services Managers with SuccessFactors and SAP knowledge within Rizing HCM.
  • Provides oversight and direction to the daily operations of the managed services consulting team.
  • Evaluates and consistently deploys strategies that directly improve the customer experience for Rizing HCM clients, increasing customer retention, and providing the foundation for continuous account growth.
  • Identifies and drives operational improvements that align processes, leverage automation, and enable scale.
  • Utilizes technical and functional industry knowledge to support retention and upsell opportunities with Sales.
  • Support team members in career development initiatives to effectively meet the growth needs of the organization.
  • Defines, monitors, and manages key performance indicators to align with the strategic metrics and objectives set by the Executive Team.
  • Serves as a key leader to address internal and client escalations.
  • Identifying the right balance between off-shore and in-shore services, for achieving both the utilization target and profitability.
  • Participate in the determination of how we improved service delivery, including presales documentation, discovery, and sizing.
  • Delivers Managed Services for SuccessFactors and/or SAP third party solution as a Subject Matter Expert, gathering and analyzing the clients’ Human Resources business requirements and objectives.

Essential Functions (Continued)

  • Participating in and resolving major Configuration and design needs in the SF system, configuration based on Human Resources best practices.
  • Participate in client and corporate meetings.
  • Maintain one’s own professional development including continuous learning of new lines of Human Resources business and SuccessFactors products/technologies.
  • Coaching and managing the Services Managers and Consultants on following best practice services delivery and following the global Managed Services processes.
  • Participating with his peers on the global services delivery leveraging our global services Delivery team.
  • Maintaining a client satisfaction level of 80% and more with coaching its teams of services Manager and Consultant.
  • Ensuring Services and documentation quality, defined in our SOC compliance procedure guide.
  • Accurately track one's own time and expenses.
  • Provide guidance that supports employee career development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience managing consultant teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business.
  • SuccessFactors certifications in two or more modules such as RCM, RMK, LMS, EC, or WFA.
  • 5 – 10 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience. 
  • 5 – 10 years in a Human Resources and/or business role with experience in key HR functions.

  • Works within a Virtual Managed services environment.
