HCM Principal Consultant, SuccessFactors Talent Management (PH)

Description

This role aims to ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery for Rizing HCM services to our Clients within the agreed commercials and in line with Rizing HCM Values being Integrity, Respect, Courage, Collaboration, and Excellence. 

As a SuccessFactors Talent module (PMGM, recruitment, onboarding, succession) Consultant, you will implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business and project goals. 

Essential Functions

  • Provides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration, and overall solution architecture. 
  • Advises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform. 
  • Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices. 
  • Supports Project Leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions, while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.   
  • Able to lead and conduct project design workshops.
  • Able to function as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors product. 
  • Responsible for supporting functional and technical leads in workshops.  
  • Designs and supports proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions. 
  • Designs, develops, and supports business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions. 
  • Assists and review the preparation of workshop/training materials. 
  • Maintains an overall overview of the customer solution throughout the project cycle.
  • Able to complete/assist in demonstration set ups.
  • Proactively identifies process improvements, including clear and concise solution definitions.
  • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
  • Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
  • Able to develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.
  • Able to troubleshoot and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
  • Provides support for pre-sales initiatives that include developing and reviewing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQ’s. 
  • Provides quality assurance in delivery cycles.  
  • Provides solutions Tier 2 escalation point to support resolution. 
  • Develops and maintains working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional, and technical teams in this client-facing role.  
  • Cultivates and demonstrates industry-specific business process knowledge and familiarity with relevant functional strategies, objectives, and plans. 
  • Coach and train junior consultants and others on projects. 
  • Prepares status updates, tracking time and expenses to ensure timely system implementation.
  • Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Provides quality control of client deliverables and supporting presales.Conducts presentations within the organization and externally to represent the brands.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more SuccessFactors certifications with at least one Talent Management module. 
  • Strong experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant.
  • Strong experience in HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certification across the SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite (PMGM, recruitment, onboarding, succession)
  • Relevant experience in Professional Services firm as a consultant.

  • Proven experience leading several implementations across SuccessFactors Talent module (PMGM, recruitment, onboarding, succession)
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers by inspiring and motivating others.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented; Ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations while keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
  • Strong Thought leadership skills. 
  • Strong organizational, planning, and management skills, with self-management of multiple tasks and deliverables.
  • Advanced MS Office to include Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and smartsheet.

  • Works within a professional office and/or remote environment
  • Works in a global setting, requiring domestic and international travel, and working outside of regular business hours to accommodate stakeholders in multiple time zones
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, printers/scanners, and telephone applications
