Description

Rizing HCM seeks an experience SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP Consultant for its Professional Services Team in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.  This consultant will provide first class service and post-sales support to Rizing HCM's Professional Services customers in SEA.  This Consultant will work closely with customers to deliver and support human resources systems that are based on industry best practices.  Candidates for this opportunity may reside anywhere within Malaysia but should be available for occasional business travel (generally up to 25%) as well as weekend and/or evening work hours as required.

 

 

Essential Functions
  • Functions as an individual contributor and subject matter expert to deliver SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll support.
  • Gathers and analyses clients’ Payroll business requirements and objectives.
  • Designs, configures and provides support oversight of SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll solution.
  • Delivers legal and tax advisory services to customer.
  • Delivers payroll functionality specifications for the technical team to build interfaces.
  • Works with client to plan and organize QA testing.
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer with clients via customer/administrator and end user training.
  • Interacts with Software Specific Partner Resources in addition to payroll vendors, client contacts and internal teams.
  • Manages and plans delivery of support ticket to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentors junior consultants by coaching and/or training to them on new systems, enhancements, and project deliverables; providing quality review of work.
  • Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications, including continuous learning of new lines of HR business and SuccessFactors’ products/technologies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions (Continued)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology or Business, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 3 years or more of related industry experience with country specific payroll background. Experience completing multiple payroll implementation projects.  Hands-on experience participating in software implementation projects.
  • 3 years of SuccessFactors/SAP Payroll experience including complex tax configuration and reporting.
  • Country-specific Payroll Association certification or equivalent expertise.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources, Time Tracking and Evaluation systems
  • Previous product specific training
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module or SAP Software, or equivalent project experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KBAs)
  • Advanced understanding of implementing the SAP solution and payroll processing.
  • Expert knowledge of country-specific payroll laws and application.
  • Expert knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll industry best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll accounting concepts.
  • Ability to utilize programming logic mindset to design and configure payroll schemas and rules.
  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism of problems and complex situations. 
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team, deploying the features and functions of payroll products.
  • Ability to define, configure and develop clear and concise business communications.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings by clearly defining meeting objectives, focusing on the agenda by involving meeting participants in the discussion, and ensuring participants are aligned around the outcomes.
  • Ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner; tailor message to fit the interests and needs of the audience; deliver information in a manner that is interesting and compelling to the listener.
  • Ability to consider long-term consequences and implications associated with actions or events; identifying relationships between diverse systems, organizations, or environments; considering problems from a range of viewpoints.

  • Works in a professional office and/or remote office environment.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, monitor, phones, and headsets.
