The EAP & Recruitment Coordinator will provide both Lateral & Early Professional Program recruiting support for Rizing’s Global Delivery Centre based in Manila, PH. Will ensure corporate hiring needs are met by sourcing, assessing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet program needs. Responsible for coordinating and managing Early Professional’s recruitment operations along with business teams. Maintaining Strong relationships with Grad colleges and business stakeholders while adhering to internal policies & processes. Attracting talent via direct marketing campaigns and leveraging online digital marketing nationwide to meet our EAP recruitment and lateral hiring needs.

Essential Functions

  • Provides recruiting support on full recruitment life cycle processes for Young Professionals, direct, contract, and contract to hire positions.
  • Managing Grad / EAP program coordination including training and onboarding coordination, coordinating parts of the program, and developing relationships with IT and Management universities.
  • Follows a defined recruiting process and delivers superior execution and coordination support towards EAP Program life Cycle YoY.   
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Negotiates and extends employment offers.

Essential Functions (Continued)

  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Completes on-boarding for new hires (Grads and Lateral), including new hire paperwork, coordinating within HR and business, IT teams regional/global.
  • Supports the Employee Referral program per program guidelines.
  • Utilizes and maintains HRIS/Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).
  • Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Corporate / Graduate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting activities, to include sourcing, screening, presenting candidates to hiring managers, negotiating compensation packages, extending offers, and processing new hires.
  • Previous experience sourcing and screening IT or Engineering professionals is desirable.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing the SuccessFactors system, SAP HCM, or similar HRIS software.
  • Project Management or HR program experience would be an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software (SF) and other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
