Description
Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors' products. Will be part of Managed Services team that will support global clients with their service request using SAP cloud ticketing application.
Essential Functions
- Functions as an individual contributor supporting multiple clients to deliver high quality SF solution and consultation.
- Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs.
- Create and present high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SuccessFactors’ products.
- Assist with developing training materials and train clients on how to utilize the system.
- Troubleshoot and find a resolution of assigned system defects.
- Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.
- Prepares tracking time, and expenses to ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare/Update Change Request, Workbooks and Unit Test document
- Completes scheduled deliverables in accordance with Change Request schedule.
- Ensures support tickets are resolved in accordance with service level agreements.
- Ensure time booking is entered per ticket supported in C4C and with corresponding entries in S/4
- Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain Integration/SF certifications.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Participate in weekly internal team meetings.
- Increase knowledge of modules and best practices.
- Coach junior consultants
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business
- SuccessFactors module certification or will get certified after 6 months
- 5 or more years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.
- 3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with Key Human Resources concepts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others.
- Ability to work in teams and independently.
- Strong organizational, planning, and management skills.

Work Environment and Special Consideration
- Works in a professional and/or remote office environment.
- Will be required to travel to client locations.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
