As a HR research analyst in our Future of Work practice, you will be a thought leader who creates must-have research and best practices in human capital and experience management. You will engage with our leaders, partners, customers and prospects to identify gaps, problems, solutions and trends in HR services, technology, strategy and environments. You will use your knowledge to help clients via in-person and virtual meetings to make better decisions, solve complex issues and execute new practices that propel clients’ businesses toward key objectives. You will also help build Rizing’s credibility as a trusted advisor to CHROs through thought leadership, webinars and business development support. #LI-MS2

 

 

Essential Functions

Essential duties and responsibilities might typically include the following but other duties and responsibilities might be assigned:

  • Conduct research and provide support in client conversations to help HR leaders advance their people strategies through leveraging HR. Topics include strategic developments in HR, building a high impact HR technology strategy, HR technology innovations, and enhancing the employee experience with technology.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on a range of topics including, but not limited to, future of work, HR technology, HR innovations, learning & development, employee experience and end-user adoption.
  • Write white papers, thought leadership and presentation content, working with our marketing team to publish and present this online, to customers/prospects and at conferences.
  • Provide direction to senior HR leaders in prospect and client conversations spanning multiple HR leadership roles.
  • Create materials for and deliver both face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients.
  • Help to organize, run sessions for, and engage with customer CHRO communities

Required Qualifications

  • MRes or PhD in organizational psychology, or HR, or a Bachelor’s degree in the same plus significant research experience.
  • Fluency in English, with professional communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of both HR and technology to include the market, vendors, products, and user strategies
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR technology strategies and roadmaps either in individual organizations or in a consulting/advisory capacity
  • Knowledge and experience working with innovative technologies is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to take feedback and provide peer review to others
  • Comfort and confidence presenting at small and large speaking engagements
  • Excellent attention to detail - you value getting things right
  • Ownership mentality: don't just execute what's asked, consider whether it could be done a better way
  • Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence decisions and manage relationships
  • Ability to meet a deadline and manage priorities
