*This role can be filled in Canada or the United States*
We are looking for a resource who has supported post go live, worked tickets. He/She will provide expertise, guidance, presentation, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) products and processes post go live. Functions as a key resource for customers.
Essential Functions

Functions as an individual contributor to support SuccessFactors products post implementation.

Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.

Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.

Troubleshoots and provides a resolution of customer system issues or defects, as assigned.

Provides quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.

SME performing initial analysis of SAP releases

Ensures deliverables are completed in line with agreed service levels.

Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.

Creates and delivers high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SuccessFactors’ products.

Develops training materials and train clients on how to utilize the system.

Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.

Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.

SuccessFactors Associate module certifications in two or more modules.

3 - 5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.

2+ years of SuccessFactors configuration support (ie: support desk)

3 - 5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key Human Resources concepts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others.
- Ability to work in teams and independently.
- Strong organizational, planning, and management skills.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
- Assembles and develops talent by creating a challenging and rewarding work environment.
