Description
Provides functional expertise, guidance and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products.
Essential Functions
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ABAP programs related to SAP SuccessFactors integration (e.g., Employee Central, EC Payroll)
- Work closely with functional consultants to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
- Support middleware tools such as SAP CPI or Boomi as needed for SuccessFactors integration
- Build and enhance reports, interfaces, extensions, and custom logic
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across end-to-end processes involving ABAP and cloud-based SuccessFactors modules
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, data privacy, and security standards
- Coach junior consultants on project implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, preferably in SAP HCM and/or HR domain
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP ERP HCM with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central or EC Payroll
- Understanding of BAPIs, BADIs, enhancement frameworks, and HR data structures
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware tools is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in global delivery environments is an advantage

- Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
