Oversee the operations and sales of the solution consultant team, to ensure successful and timely delivery of sales engineering and presale activities. 

Essential Functions

  • Review incoming sales requests and assign Solution Consultant Resources to support Sales Opportunities.
  • Participate in on-site customer meetings and conducts presentations.
  • Support strategic and key engagements in a customer facing role.
  • Conduct quality assurance on final drafts of Statements of Work and RFX responses.
  • Manage and follow-up on support escalations.
  • Mentor solution consultants and improve solution consultant performance.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for sales operations and sales leads.
  • Participate in internal meetings to review progress and sales support forecasting and assignments.
  • Supervise the oversight of SOW and related presale templates.
  • Maintain professional development, including continuous learning of SuccessFactors products.
  • Support sales support alignment of Solution Offerings and Services with strategy team.
  • Ensure maintenance of sales support SLA’s; develop and draft components to support business cases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, in the fields of Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources or Business.
  • 8+ years’ proven experience in the HCM professional services consulting industry.
  • 4+years of people management experience.
  • Previous proven experience in a customer-facing, delivery role.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors solutions . 
  • Technical expertise specific to SAP SuccessFactors with experience demonstrating the solution in a customer facing capacity.
