Description

Leads implementation for customers.  Provides quality control of client deliverables and supporting presales. Provides technical expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products and integrations. Conducts presentations within the organization and externally to represent the brands. 

Essential Functions

  • Drives the design and development of integrations that align to the clients' business requirements and objectives

  • Responsible for preparing and managing interface requirement documents (IRD)

  • Responsible for the integration architecture, delivery approach and cutover planning

  • Mentors and coaches’ junior consultants on projects and implementations

  • Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations

  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices

  • Troubleshoots and resolves defects assigned

  • Assists with preparation of training materials and teaches customers how to utilize the system and integrations

  • Works with project managers to ensure the project stays within budget

  • Accurately tracks and reports time and expenses

  • Participates in weekly internal meetings

  • Support sales cycle particularly through defining project scope and pricing

  • Sound understanding of and ability to support the operating model including onshore, near-shore and off-shore delivery teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Business, or 5+ years of implementation experience.

  • Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules.

  • 5+ years SuccessFactors consultant experience and 5+ years HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.

  • SuccessFactors Full Cloud / Core Hybrid certification or SuccessFactors EC certification

  • CPI certification

  • Experience with WorkForce Software integrations

  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others
  • Ability to work in teams and independently
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise

  • Java (groovy for CPI) and/or ABAP programming skills 
  • Good knowledge of CPI and ABAP (configure standard CPI iFlow, ABAP and CPI Debugging, Trace...) 
  • SF OAuth authentication 
  • IAS/IPS implementation 
  • Understand SAP PA and OM modules 
  • Knowledge of cross-module interactions and integrations
