Description
Responsible for being the single point of contact with clients’ interest prospects, through the qualification, scoping, and negotiations ensuring efficient and streamlined processes to secure new business. Trusted advisor for prospective and current customers. Build strong relationships and influence decision-makers on differentiators. #LI-GB1
Essential Functions
- Generates revenue by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Networks and connects with prospects, customers, SAP, and SF sales organizations.
- Prepares territory sales plan and sales material.
- Manages day-to-day sales communications.
- Maintains meticulous documentation of all activities in sales tracking tools.
- Closely orchestrates the sales process with a focus on the prospects’ budget and timeline.
- Works with the internal teams to exceed the client’s expectations to earn and maintain the client’s trust.
- Promotes and facilitates the development of communication and marketing campaigns.
- Researches account footprint on social media.
- Stays abreast of all market and competitive developments.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending ASUGs, local user groups, and the like.
- Routinely visits with prospects to educate and sell.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 10+ years in HCM software or service sales.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
- Flexible and creative – thinks outside the norm.
- Sell value over price.
- Able to handle objections, complaints, roadblocks, and negotiations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Builds and maintains relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Solid foundation in Human Capital Management market and SuccessFactors.
- Ability to self-motivate.
