Rizing, a Wipro company, is a global SAP services partner that helps SAP customers run better with their people, products & assets. We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our North American Finance team.

This is a great opportunity to acquire diverse hands-on skills in a highly collaborative and team-spirited environment.

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience with calculating commissions, reconciling balance sheet accounts and working with multiple currencies. #LI-JH1 #LI-REMOTE

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.

Essential Functions

Execute against the month-end process.
Ensuring data accuracy in the accounts and compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Validating the accuracy of revenue and cost allocations across projects and departments.
Ensure data accurately supports budget and forecast processes.
Record information such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications and interdepartmental entries in Rizing’s ledgers and prepare appropriate levels of support documentation.
Ensure schedules relating to amortization, depreciation, accruals, capitalization and other areas are prepared and maintained.
Critically analyze accounts and to make sure entries and balances are correct.
Reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations.
With appropriate documentation, prepare journal entries as necessary.
Ensure the compliance and filing obligations of Rizing are met in the designated area.
Support external and internal audit processes.
Complete monthly payroll and payroll-related compliance.
Prepare regular cash flow forecasts.
Prepare monthly and ad hoc financial reports
Prepare intercompany invoices.

Required Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications

CA/CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation (minimum experience can be reduced if qualified).
Experience in audit a positive.
SAP experience.
