Description
As a Management Consultant, you will lead and drive change initiatives for Human Capital Management (HCM) business transformations. This role requires expertise in organization change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure the successful adoption of new HCM solutions, processes, and technologies.
The consultant will collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, project managers and delivery consultants to develop and implement change strategies that support large-scale HCM transformations, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, and process re-engineering efforts.
Essential Functions
- Manages, develops, and delivers comprehensive change management strategies to support HCM system implementations and process transformations.
- Identify change impacts on people, process, and technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement frameworks to support change readiness, adoption, and sustainability.
- Work closely with customers’ HR, IT, and business leaders to drive stakeholder alignment and support executive sponsorship.
- Develop and deliver targeted communication plans to inform and engage employees throughout the change journey.
- Develop training strategies and recommended execution plans tailored to different users.
- Establish/recommend mechanisms for ongoing knowledge reinforcement post-implementation.
- Design and execute change readiness assessments to gauge organizational preparedness.
- Define KPIs and success metrics aligned to business objectives to track and measure adoption and engagement.
- Provide project leadership with regular reports and recommendations for course correction.
- Drives adoption and proficiency of changes within the client organization in line with the client’s change management.
- Manages, develops, and delivers workplans associated with the project level change and communications activities.
- Takes part in Business Development activities as part of RFP and Bid Team responses, including Oral presentations to clients and partners.
- Advocate for continuous learning and improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future initiatives.
- Provides guidance to Change Consultants within the scope of change management methodologies.
- Continuously develop SAP core skills, cross-functional expertise and business knowledge based on accumulated experience.
- Invest time in the professional development of other consultants through coaching and mentoring and act as a role model through dedication to customer service, problem solving and demonstrating a high- level of capability.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- General degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications.
- At least 7 years prior work experience in change management, with a focus on HR/HCM transformations, preferably SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS implementations
- Certification in Prosci, CCMP or a similar change management framework is desirable.
- Experience in organizational development, workforce transition planning and process re-engineering
- Proven ability to work in complex, matrixed environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- MS and Office 365 tools (Teams; SharePoint; PowerPoint; Excel
- Demonstrated experience in various industries such as, Retail, Manufacturing, Mining, Government, Federally Regulated organizations.

- Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills to support leaders and employees through change.
- Previous experience as a senior project/change manager within an SAP implementation managing teams.
- Ability to lead and work in teams - interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in preparing, managing, and chairing project/program meetings and committees.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with investigative/research abilities.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and effectively prioritise the tasks within
- Critical thinker and can effectively work through problems to find solutions.
