Description
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects. Ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and adherence to quality standards and project management best practices.
Essential Functions
- Leads SAP BTP services and implementation projects for the customers.
- Manages the full project delivery lifecycle from initiation through to production deployment and transition to managed services where required.
- Is the Leader across the project team by acting by example, providing timely decisions through structured problem solving and team engagement
- Serves as the first point of contact for our delivery engagements and can develop positive engagement with the customer stakeholders.
- Creates and manages the resourcing, quality of delivery and budget.
- Manages all aspects of the project by identifying and managing to resolution in a timely manner any project issues and able to effectively mitigate delivery and customer engagement risks.
- Develops, manages, and maintains a detailed delivery schedule to support on time delivery and effective team management (internal and external).
- Tracks and manages project progress in terms of scope, budget, and timelines.
- Identifies and documents Scope changes for Change Request/Change Order documentation and approval management.
- Accurate resource forecasting and management of team members to agreed schedules, utilsing internal resource management tools.

- Approve timesheets/follow-up with team where needed.
- My Inbox update forecast/S4 hours tracker.
- S4P Rizing Project Planning.
- Forecast & Rizing Timesheet Report.
- Release/approve invoices & Release Billing Proposals.
- Investigate/provide input and documentation from S4 to finance when requested.
- Review Customer Projects.
- Assist in preparation of change requests/updating forecast once CR is approved and applied in S4.
- S4P Rizing Project Planning & Forecast.
- Can contribute to the project management practice and its tools, processes, and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Desirable Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Business Management
- 5+ years of PM experience.
- PMI and/or Prince2 Certification preferred or evidence of delivering to a structured delivery methodology
- Desirable experience in SAP S4 and SAP technical implementations
- Mandatory PM experience on vendor side

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Skilled in SaaS technology solution deployment coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
- Knowledge and experience in effective test execution and management
- Understanding of effective methods for customer enablement and adoption of systems (change management)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Product Suite.
- Advanced experience in project schedule development utilizing recognized scheduling tools
- Completion of multiple SAP and/or technology or related implementation or services projects with depth of knowledge.
- Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive insight into problems and complex situations.
- Identifies key factors that influence the viability of different solutions & clarifies information to solve problems.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers, while inspiring and motivating others.
