About Us
Rizing Geospatial is a global leader in geospatial consulting, implementation, and products. Description
The Senior GIS Analyst is an advanced practitioner in the geospatial industry and generally possesses a broad range of skills rather than specialization in a single set of geospatial skills, (e.g., Geospatial Developer, Geospatial Database Administrator). This broad range of skills encompass the ability to utilize geospatial software to analyze and edit geospatial data. The Senior GIS Analyst must be able to help capture and interpret requirements into the necessary spatial solutions and facilitate the creation of project deliverables. The Senior GIS Analyst works with a project team and clients to design, develop, test, and implement geospatial data maintenance and analysis workflows, geospatial databases, and productive and efficient systems. Additionally, they develop technical design specifications and assist with data migration tasks from legacy systems to newly implemented systems. The Senior GIS Analyst has the subject matter expertise to train clients on geospatial products and other implemented geospatial solutions. #LI-JH1
