The New Solutions Manager leverages technical expertise to incubate new product offerings for Rizing HCM. In this role, the Manager serves as the expert on new offerings and supports the implementation approach, delivery, and sales collateral to prepare for transition to the Delivery Operations Team.

Essential Functions
  • Impacts the Strategic Commitment of Innovation and Growth by incubating new product offerings that enhance the overall solution Offering Set of Rizing HCM.
  • Serves as the Lead Consultant on new offering implementations, delivering customer project deliverables and providing internal project support to execute a successful launch.
  • Impacts the design of the implementation approach, delivery, and sales collateral of new offerings by researching and serving as the Subject Matter Expert.
  • Trains and serves as an internal resource on all new products.
  • Develops implementation approaches, offerings, and collateral in a consistent manner with all new products.
  • Provides continual enhancement of offerings and collateral builds, during the incubation cycle.
  • Facilitates the incubation transition plan with the Delivery Team to assure a seamless, successful transfer of knowledge and capability for delivering the new offering.
  • Prepares and conducts pre-sale activities of new incubation products and services, such as writing proposals, RFP responses, demos, pricing, and SOW development.
  • Provides client training as part of the new product implementation process.
  • Enters time and forecasts in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Attends SIA team meetings as scheduled.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business, or other related field.
  • Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, or similar HRIS software modules.
  • Minimum of 4 years SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience as the Lead Implementation Consultant.
  • Previous implementation or integration of other enterprise software products into SAP solutions.
  • Previous development of methodologies, training, and support tools for Delivery Teams.
