Description

Responsible for leading a practice specializing in HCM software implementation, integrations, business transformation or data science in a manner that allows their consultants to successfully deliver high-quality implementations to customers.  Serves as an industry subject matter expert, manages client relationships, works on high-visibility projects.

Essential Functions

  • Manages a multi-level consulting delivery practice area
  • Acts as an escalation point for practice-level issues
  • Provides leadership and guidance to support career development, employee engagement, customer delivery, and achievement of Rizing HCM KPIs.
  • Ensures the practice successfully implements the required SuccessFactors modules, SAP software, integration, data science or business transformation.
  • Determines resource allocation, development and training plans.
  • Manages and mentors Service Directors and consultants, conducts performance reviews and improves consultant performance.
  • Determines how to implement modules, including presales, documentation, discovery and sizing.
  • Configures/designs the SF system framework based on Human Resources best practices.
  • Delivers SuccessFactors, SAP, integration, data science and/or business transformation projects as a Subject Matter Expert, gathering and analyzing the clients’ Human Resources business requirements and objectives.
  • Participates in client and corporate meetings.
  • Maintains one’s own professional development including continuous learning of new lines of Human Resources business and SuccessFactors’ products/technologies.
  • Tracks own, team and practice time and expenses.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions (Continued)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Business or 5-10+ years of implementation experience.
  • Professional SuccessFactors certifications in two or more modules such as RCM, RMK, LMS, EC, or WFA (for SuccessFactors practice positions).
  • Minimum 5 years in consulting industry,  minimum 2+ years leading multi-level practice teams, and minimum 5-10+ years leading implementation, data science or business transformation projects.

  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
  • Expert in various SuccessFactors modules and/or SAP software, integrations and/or business transformation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Product Suite.
  • Completion of multiple SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or related projects with depth of knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience participating in software implementation projects as part of an implementation team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources industry best practices.
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; Ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Identifies key factors that influence the viability of different solutions; clarifies information to solve problems.
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients/peers and inspire/motivate others.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations while keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
  • Considers long-term consequences and implications associated with actions/events; sees relationships between diverse systems, organizations or environments; considers problems from a range of viewpoints.
