JOB SUMMARY

Provides functional expertise, guidance and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products. 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

For you to succeed in this role, you MUST have:

  • 3-5 years of extensive experience as SAP HR Functional consultant implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Completed SF Employee Central Full Lifecycle implementations including Analysis, Conceptual Design, Blue Printing, Fit / Gap Analysis and detailed realization for the project
  • Experience in preparation and documentation of functional business process procedures for end-users. 
  • Core skills include face-to-face client interaction, HR functionalities, global implementations, unit & integration testing, UAT / regression testing.
  • HR-400 Certification would be an advantage

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • SuccessFactors EC and ECP Certification (or candidate must be willing to undergo certification)

RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE:

  • Supported SAP Payroll to improve payroll compliance.
  • Worked on various payroll functionalities such as payroll processing, deductions, cumulations, processing classes, wage types, garnishment, off-cycle payroll, FI Posting, and 3rd party remittance.
  • Performed all round support on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll that includes: Foundation Objects configuration, Role Base Permissions, Workflows, Position Management, Global Assignment configuration, Time-Off, defined business rules, prepared test data for interface and regression testing for EC quarterly.
  • Created or Edited Job Codes.
  • Pay Rate Changes (Off-Cycle).
  • Employment Data Changes.
  • Voluntary and Involuntary Separations.
  • Refining Succession Data Model for Point-to-Point Integration using Manage Business Configuration Tool.

APPLICATION SYSTEMS:

Experience in any of the following application systems will be an advantage:
  • SAP HCM – Payroll
  • SAP HCM – Time
  • SAP HCM – Personnel Administration
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Subject-Matter-Expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Module
  • Gather and analyze client's business requirements and objectives.
  • Deliver system demonstrations, presentations, and documentations.
  • Assist with developing training materials and trains clients how to utilize the system. 
  • Troubleshoot and find resolution of assigned system defects. 
  • Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables. 
  • Partner with project managers to ensure project work is kept within budget. 
  • Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices for both EC and ECP modules.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders regarding system access, staffing, billing, and timelines.
