Essential Functions

  • Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develops system configurations to satisfy client needs. 

  • Create and present high quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SAP SucessFactors’ products.  

  • Assist with developing training materials and trains clients how to utilize the system. 

  • Troubleshoot and find resolution of assigned system defects. 

  • Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables. 

  • Partner with project managers to ensure project work is kept within budget. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant field experience.
  • 5+ years (or demonstrate equivalent experience) with detailed knowledge of business processes and technical documentation within the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Solutions suite.
  • Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role.
  • Professional SuccessFactors module certifications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Expertise in a minimum of two sub-modules of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management suite, including but not limited to Performance & Goals Management, Succession & Development, Learning Management, Recruiting Management, and Workforce Planning & Analytics.

  • Design, build, and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet customer business requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, providing detailed insight into complex situations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients and peers, inspiring and motivating others.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and management skills.
