We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Essential Functions

  • Functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
  • Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.
  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
  • Completes internal tasks as assigned.
  • Assists with preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system.
  • Completes demonstration set ups.
  • Coach junior consultants on projects.
  • Prepares status updates, tracking time and expenses to ensure timely system implementation.
  • Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ year of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central (include Time Off) implementation (min 2).
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
  • Professional SuccessFactors module certification (ex. Employee Central (highly preferred), Onboarding, Compensation, People Analytics etc.).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Advance understanding of HR functions and business processes.
  • Advance knowledge of SuccessFactor Employee Central.
  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships.
  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
