Description

Work as a part of a team deploying the features and functions of the Workforce Software Suite in a technical consulting capacity. Define, configure and develop data conversions and interfaces for clients to connect WorkForce Software EmpCenter with business applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or ADP. Follow structured processes for gathering requirements, documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.

Essential Functions
  • Develop integration Technical Consultants and Analysts to review code, ensure seamless integrations, and achieve improved team performance and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams in the design and development of technical content defined in the Statement of Work.
  • Create and utilize methods for gathering and estimating requirements, documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.
  • Draft, edit and validate technical requirements document.
  • Interview and research clients’ needs and communicate information to project team.
  • Assist clients with software testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as data loads and system initialization.
  • Support Project Teams in meeting deadlines, resolving concerns and providing updates.
  • Partner with Functional Consultants during configuration and testing to resolve client concerns.
  • Perform and direct the revision of existing configurations to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of programming experience utilizing any Java, JavaScript, C++ or other similar programming languages. (Interfaces only)
  • 3+ years of working with SQL and writing complex queries. (Interfaces only)
  • Demonstrated abilities working with database servers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Masters or bachelor’s degree required in business, human resources, computer science, information systems, education or in a related field or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience working with business analyst or other functional lead to produce technical requirements and documenting requirements.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical consulting role.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle or other HCM technology.
  • Background in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance.
  • Demonstrate leadership in a dynamic, customer focused team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KBAs)
  • Experience in implementing or training on a software system.
  • Experience in writing and executing software test plans preferred.
  • Experience conducting technology training sessions.
  • Experience with business applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Logical and technical mindset that is able to analyze problems and identify root causes.
  • Must work well as a team member or individually.
  • Software architecture and integration experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients concurrently.
