Description
Rizing is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join the Professional Services team in Australia.
This role aims to ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery for Rizing HCM services to our Clients within the agreed commercials and in line with Rizing HCM Values being Integrity, Respect, Courage, Collaboration, and Excellence. Align with Rizing strategic plans and financial targets whilst maintaining and developing client relationships and delivering high-quality project outcomes and value. #LI-SL1
To customers, provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products. Ensures successful implementation of the SuccessFactors product.
Essential Functions
- Functions as an individual contributor and subject matter expert to deliver SAP Payroll/ SuccessFactors support.
- Creates and delivers high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Gathers and analyses clients’ Payroll business requirements and objectives.
- Designs, configure, and provides support oversight of SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll solution.
- Delivers legal and tax advisory services to customers.
- Delivers payroll functionality specifications for the technical team to build interfaces.
- Works with clients to plan and organize QA testing.
- Facilitates knowledge transfer with clients via customer/administrator and end-user training.
- Interacts with Software Specific Partner Resources, payroll vendors, client contacts and internal teams.
- Mentor consultants by coaching and/or training on new systems, enhancements, and project deliverables, providing a quality review of work.
- Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications, including continuous learning of new lines of HR business and SuccessFactors’ products/technologies.
- Creates and delivers high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Provides support for pre-sales initiatives, including developing and reviewing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQ’s.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
- Certification in two or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central Payroll Preferred)
- We will consider candidates with other Enterprise level payroll systems (Peoplesoft, Workday, Oracle etc.).
- Strong Australian payroll experience.
- Implementation experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience completing at least two payroll implementations.
- Payroll experience, including complex tax configuration and reporting.
- Previous experience or knowledge of multiple Human Resources, Time Tracking and Evaluation systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- In depth understanding of HR and Payroll functions and business processes.
- Advanced capacity to write complex Payroll Schema and Rules.
- Deep knowledge of Payroll Integration
- Knowledge of the Payroll Control Center.
- Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors ECP product.
- Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships.
- Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of Payroll products.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations. Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
