Description

Responsible for ensuring customers are engaged, satisfied, and receiving the maximum value out of SuccessFactors solution, by continuously selling additional services and products into the account base. Serves as the main point of contact with prospects to educate on new products and service offerings. As well as, sells into the existing customer account base to expand the footprint and identify future opportunities within each customer base.

Essential Functions

  • Builds lasting customer relationships through continuous contact.
  • Manages the administration of sales leads, prospects, and opportunities using the CRM system.
  • Identifies customer opportunities and introduces new products and service offerings once the program goes live.
  • Works with the internal sales team within the region, to identify opportunities and share with the Account Executive.
  • Looks to consistently deliver target sales goals and objectives throughout each quarter.
  • Manages sales activities to ensure that the individual annual performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively shares knowledge with the team, ensuring knowledge and collateral are captured across teams.
  • Creates strong relationships within the organization, to identify and partner on opportunities.
  • Reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, allocations, and other statistical analysis of performance.
  • Produces sales and marketing presentations.
  • Participates in a customer reference program.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales with a demonstrated track record of success meeting sales goals and quotas.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Ability to align SuccessFactors solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives.
  • Experience with contracting, negotiating, and change management processes.
  • Excellent telephone sales communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Significant and well-developed organization and presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for customer and team meetings, typically up to 25%.

  • Works in a professional and/or remote office environment.
  • Will be required to travel to client locations.
