Description
The Business Process Consultant will act as trusted partner to our customers on their journey to the cloud, from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering. The Consultant role requires deep understanding of the cloud business model, processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight.
Essential Functions
- Apply best practice methodology & tools to ensure successful customer adoption.
- Understand and practice value-based “fit to standard” delivery approach.
- Drive the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey.
- Operational Management.
- Change management skills to manage and actively drive expectations during the customer lifecycle.
- Responsible for high quality delivery in all assigned S/4HANA Cloud customers.
Essential Functions (Continued)
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years’ experience in implementing on-Prem ERP solutions in Project System, Sales & Distribution, FI/CO, and/or Materials Management.
- SAP S/4HANA configuration experience with end-to-end experience in Implementations.
- ACTIVATE methodology knowledge.
- Domain expertise: FICO/Finance or MM/Procurement or SD/Sales or Professional Services.
- Good communication & Presentation skills - both written and verbal.
- Customer facing experience in a consulting capacity.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Cloud solutions (Roadmaps, Security, Integration).
- Extensibility with SAP HANA Cloud Platform (APIs, OData, RESTFUL).
- SAP S/4HANA Certification.
- S/4HANA Cloud project experience will be prioritized.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Good command of the English language.
- Expertise in configuration and implementation of related on-premise modules. Emphasis on generalist knowledge / business experience and the ability to deep dive if required.
- Strong knowledge of ERP Architecture and Integration.
- Ability to conduct complex and interactive customer workshops.
- Experience working in a global, geographically dispersed team.

- Works in a professional office and/or remote office environment.
- Will be required to travel to client locations.
