Rizing is an IT consulting company based in the U.S., with 14 offices globally. Our team in Malaysia is the group’s digital hub, specializing in Cloud development, data integration and API calls and cuttingedge emerging technology. Our projects will provide great learning and hands-on exposure to the latest technologies, Business Technology Platform Services namely RPA, IoT, CAI and web technologies/frameworks, namely React.js, Node.js, JavaScript etc. We also incubate the latest technologies that are new to the Malaysian market through proof-of-concepts and co-innovation. Our pulling factors will be involvement in the newest technology exposure and transparent career growth. Aside from that, we always brand ourselves as a team because we believe in teamwork. Essential Functions

Your new role:

• Programming in SAP cloud environment including consuming cloud Services like Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics.

• Understanding of business requirements to deliver these complex technical solutions to address customer challenges.

• Develops new or enhances existing applications according to best practices and standards within the agreed timeline.

• Documents application design, technical specification, and unit test cases to ensure quality standards are met.

• Performs troubleshooting and analysis to resolve any application issues during integration and user acceptance tests with quick turnaround.

• Working with some of the biggest companies in the world like Starbucks, Sephora, Natural Grocers, Energy Queensland, Volkswagen and more!

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline · Fresh graduates who are inquisitive and hungry to learn are welcome to apply.

• Studied any of these back-end technologies – Node.JS, Java Spring/Spring boot, Python OR · Studied any of these front-end technologies – JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React.JS.

• Familiarity with any of these databases are a plus – SQL, MongoDB.

• Good analytical and learning skills, ability to understand complex situations

• Excellent communication skills

  • Problem solving attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience designing and troubleshooting SAP solutions.
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills to navigate the interests and viewpoints of multiple parties and reach a common solution.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner and tailor message to fit the interests and needs of the audience.  Demonstrated strong command of English language.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple client projects, prioritize, and delegate as needed.
