Description
Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products to customers. Ensures successful implementation of the SuccessFactors' product.

Essential Functions
- Works with client and implementation team to make sure that project and configuration decisions are beginning with analytics in mind.
- Consistent interaction with Functional Lead to ensure understanding of client's reporting and analytics needs (current and future state).
- Delivers Reporting fundamentals workshop to determine reporting strategy and to get customer started on right direction. Deliver current and future state report inventory / Fit/Gap analysis of Report Inventory
- Success checks with client after iteration to ensure reporting success criteria met
- Enable standard SuccessFactors reports
- provide hands on report training sessions
- Scopes custom reporting and analytics needs.
- Deep understanding of SuccessFactors reporting tools (report stories, canvas reporting, adhoc reporting, BIRT reports, dashboards).

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of SuccessFactors reporting tools (report stories, canvas reporting, adhoc reporting, BIRT reports, dashboards).

5-7 years of Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.

Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.

Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.

Professional SuccessFactors module certifications (ex. RCM, RMK, LMS, EC, WFA, etc.)

Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.

Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors product.

Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients in order to build relationships.

Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.

Ability to create and deliver presentations.

Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
