Description

Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams.  Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products to customers.  Ensures successful implementation of the SuccessFactors' product.

Essential Functions

- Works with client and implementation team to make sure that project and configuration decisions are beginning with analytics in mind.

- Consistent interaction with Functional Lead to ensure understanding of client's reporting and analytics needs (current and future state).

- Delivers Reporting fundamentals workshop to determine reporting strategy and to get customer started on right direction. Deliver current and future state report inventory / Fit/Gap analysis of Report Inventory 

- Success checks with client after iteration to ensure reporting success criteria met

- Enable standard SuccessFactors reports

- provide hands on report training sessions 

- Scopes custom reporting and analytics needs.

- Deep understanding of SuccessFactors reporting tools (report stories, canvas reporting, adhoc reporting, BIRT reports, dashboards).

Essential Functions (Continued)

Required Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of SuccessFactors reporting tools (report stories, canvas reporting, adhoc reporting, BIRT reports, dashboards).

  • 5-7 years of Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation 

  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role. 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related relevant field. 

  • Professional SuccessFactors module certifications (ex. RCM, RMK, LMS, EC, WFA, etc.) 

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes. 

  • Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors product. 

  • Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients in order to build relationships. 

  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work. 

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations. 

  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
