HCM Director, Sales Operations (MY)

Description

Serves as key partner to the Executive Vice President by providing sales analytics to the sales management team.  Responsible for the management of complex contractual matters, consisting of over 1000 custom transactions per year, without impeding the sales process and while ensuring quality in contract responses adheres to company policies.

Essential Functions

  • Enables the sales team to focus on matching customer needs to company solutions.
  • Drives efficiency of sales processes through the development and deployment of sales tools and aids.
  • Serves as a control point to ensure company standards are met for incoming contracts and customer orders.
  • Ensures fair and consistent application of credit and commissions earned, based on sales comp plans.
  • Coordinates the centralized and standardized handling of lead assignments to the sales team and order handoff into delivery systems.
  • Performs routine and ad hoc reporting and provides trend analysis of sales data.
  • Provides decision support for territory assignment and load balancing.
  • Drafts and reviews sales proposals, contracts and presales documentation.
  • Reviews incoming sales orders and sales credit.
  • Oversees and may perform CRM system administration and data maintenance.
  • Develops and deploys sales tools; seeks automation solutions through the sales process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in a Business related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in CRM, Excel/Analytics tools, database administration and programming.
  • 5+ years experience in contract management.
