Corporate Communications Coordinator



The Corporate Communications Coordinator is the primary point of contact and support for Corporate Communications across the global Rizing organization.  This role ensures the proper design, format, production and distribution of content that increases employee engagement while executing the company’s plans and strategies.  The Coordinator also assists in creating marketing campaigns using digital media and graphic design skills and develops social online media, print media, and other multimedia platforms.  Also assists with internal and external event planning. 

This role will be based out of our Rizing Corporate Headquarters in Stamford, CT with the expectation of 3 days/week in the office.  Therefore, the Coordinator also provides office management oversight/administration in addition to the Corporate Communications responsibilities.  This highly-visible, dynamic role maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.  

Essential Functions

  • Designs and delivers internal Corporate Communications copy and materials to support initiatives from all Lines of Business and Corporate Functions 
  • Coordinates material with Graphic Design for visual impact. 
  • Understands the organization’s structure and the relationship to distribution lists to support proper audience segmentation.
  • Understands the confidential nature of content and effectively manages security of all digital and paper products related to upcoming changes and communication. 
  • Implements internal and external communications strategies and projects while positively representing the organization
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Marketing and Corporate Communications requests.
  • Manages the Corporate Intranet Portal design in SharePoint to maintain organization of content, directories, and day-to-day Company news.
  • Designs SharePoint portal sites / pages and manages the security and ownership of pages. Provides training to other users.
  • Independently produces newsletters for each end of week. 
  • Works with Adobe Photo Shop and other graphic design tools to create email newsletter banners, social cards, etc.
  • Manages all internal events via – town halls, all hands, and other meetings from calendaring to set-up in Zoom and creation of final PowerPoint materials.
  • Understands and reinforces all branding for Rizing and Wipro.
  • Assists Digital Marketing and Graphic Designers with external event planning SAP® Sapphire Annual Conference, SuccessConnect and various industry technology events globally. 

Essential Functions (Continued)

  • Develops and implements procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organization’s mission.
  • Ensures effective collaboration with internal customers to maintain a strong reputation and produce consistent, quality work.
  • Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to management.
  • Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
  • May prepare and/or deliver presentations in the company to share information.
  • May prepare and/or distribute direct marketing products.


Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Provides office management oversight of the Stamford, CT office including maintenance of office equipment, maintaining inventory of necessary office and kitchen supplies, timely mail and package distribution, and onsite meeting/event coordination, ensuring an overall professional presentation of the Corporate Headquarters at all times.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for business guests, schedules meetings for executive leadership and manages office resources.

  • Communicates and handles sensitive documents, reports, meetings, and research in a confidential manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Sharepoint.
  • Proficient in understanding and designing HTML formatted email messages
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications or related discipline or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
  • Graphic Design experience preferred
