Essential Functions
- Functions as a subject matter expert to deliver Workforce Software Projects/ Time Management Suite.
- Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Gathers and analyses clients’ Payroll business requirements and objectives.
- Delivers best practice and compliance consulting services to customer.
- Delivers workforce management functionality specifications for the technical team to build interfaces.
- Works with client to plan and organize QA testing.
- Facilitates knowledge transfer with clients via customer/administrator and end user training.
- Able to conduct and perform a workshop with customers to identify scope, requirements, and business outcomes.
- Strong documentation and knowledge capturing skills.
- Ability to articulate and transfer knowledge to others.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Able to demonstrate rapport building skills with prospects and customers.
- Ability to work in a distributed workforce environment.
- Able to work individually as well as in a team.
- Mentors’ junior consultants by coaching and/or training to them on new systems, enhancements, and project deliverables; providing quality review of work.
- Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications, including continuous learning of new lines of HR business and Workforce Software products/technologies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology or Business, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing or providing support for workforce management systems. preferable in Workforce Management or SAP HCM Time and Attendance or Kronos Central/Dimensions.
- Strong domain knowledge of time and attendance processes and workflows.
- Up to date with Certifications and Accreditations (e.g., WFS).
- Advanced excel skills (e.g., pivot tables) or similar (e.g., Smartsheet, Anaplan). #LI-SL1
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation experience.
- Ability to interpret employment instruments (e.g., EBAs, Awards, etc.) and configure into solution.

- Any Authorized Facilitator courses
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Advanced excel skills (e.g., pivot tables) or similar (e.g., Smartsheet, Anaplan).
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation experience.
- Ability to interpret employment instruments (e.g., EBAs, Awards, New Zealand Holidays Act etc.) and configure into solution.
- Understand key industries and challenges (e.g., healthcare/aged care – royal commission’s recommendations)
- Understand key business drivers, KPIs and metrics for each organisation engaged
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate, interpret long-term strategic objectives to quick tactical wins
- E.g., Digital HR transformation (long-term), solving payroll challenges with payroll solution (tactical win)
- Capture and document business outcomes and objectives to help with Project Manager/Marketing/Sales build customer success stories / business cases.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
