Description

Ensures corporate hiring needs are met by sourcing, assessing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates. Provides technical and functional candidates to fulfill Rizing requirements for customer engagements and other business needs.

Essential Functions

  • Accomplishes full recruitment life cycle processes for direct, contract, and contract to hire positions.
  • Follows a defined recruiting process to include sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, applicant tracking, and documentation.
  • Negotiates and extends employment offers.
  • Processes background investigations, drug screen orders, and conducts pre-employment reference checks.
  • Completes on-boarding for new hires, including new hire paperwork, coordinating orders for phones, business cards, laptops, and systems access.
  • Provides general Human Resources support as requested by the Manager and VP of HR.
  • Supports the Employee Referral program per program guidelines.
  • Utilizes and maintains HRIS/Applicant Tracking system.
  • Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions (Continued)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter or HR Generalist with full lifecycle recruiting activities, to include sourcing, screening, presenting candidates to hiring managers, negotiating compensation packages, extending offers, and processing new hires.
  • Previous experience sourcing and screening IT or Engineering professionals.

Desired Qualifications

  • PHR Certification.
  • Previous experience in the recruiting/search industry, supporting professional services, or consulting industry clients.
  • Experience utilizing the SuccessFactors system, SAP HCM, or similar HRIS software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Basic knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Employment Law, as it pertains to recruiting and hiring practices.
  • Basic understanding of SAP Technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with experience using internet sourcing and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to build professional relationships throughout the organization.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Works in a professional office and/or remote office environment.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones (Nextiva and Skype), printers, copiers, and scanners.
