Description

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for RFP tracking and keeping sales analytics for Rizing’s HCM division. The analyst will help with territory analytics and assists in generating market-relevant data using various search tools. They will help create reports to support biweekly forecasting, quarterly business reviews, strategic deal reviews and weekly sales operation meetings, to track the attainment of key monthly, quarterly and annual performance objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Leverages all Rizing tools, including C4, Net Suite, Smartsheet, and OpenAir, to track the progress of all HCM sales activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure RFPs are delivered on-time and accurately.
  • Provide administrative support on sales initiatives as needed.
  • Support identification of key accounts, heat maps, and sales opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Analyze and update market figures for customer segments and target groups.
  • Maintains metrics for key bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives to support sales productivity improvement for the HCM sales team.
  • Research data and participates in forecasting reviews.
  • Performs business reviews as requested.
  • Tracking one Rizing opportunities and coordinating amongst Rizing LOBs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge, expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or other related fields; a minimum of 6 years of experience can be substituted for a degree. 
  • Minimum of 3 years in Business or Sales Operations.
  • CRM and ERP experience across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with sales administration within the high-tech industry, with skills in project scoping, contract creation, and sales forecasting.
  • Soft skills: Team player with good communication skills and used to work independently.

Desired Qualifications

  • Language skills: Fluency in English, French skills
  • Strong interest in market analysis and online collaboration. Familiarity with business operations.
  • Demonstrated skills in establishing and executing operational metrics.
  • Previous sales administration roles at growing and scaling organizations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of the SAP and partner ecosystem.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and utilize Business Management knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills (Multi-tasking & setting priorities) to provide a professional impact.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and interact with all levels of the business, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain a solution-oriented focus and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
